Recently Filled Positions

FILLED.Gallery Exhibits Director - works with individual artist showings and group shows/invitationals to coordinate hanging of work and the removal of work at the end of the showings. During the months where there is a group showing, the director needs to be available two afternoons that month: usually on the Thursday afternoon previous to a new show from 2 to 6 PM. Members of the Thursday group are usually available to help hang work. The Director also needs to be at the gallery on the last Sunday afternoon of a group showing from 4-6 PM to pass back work. Group showings need someone to type the display tags for the exhibit. There are a minimum of three group shows per year. For 2015, those months are February, July, May, and Nov/Dec (Holiday Showcase)
Hangings for showings by individual artists are using handled by the artist.

FILLED Gallery Grounds - we need an ADDITIONAL volunteer to coordinate and maintain the gallery grounds. This includes landscaping, lawn, sidewalks, parking lot and the lawn.  Also includes coordinating snow removal in the winter. If you love the working outdoors, this job is for you. Our gallery grants director is available to assist you with funding special projects.
